Attention: District Directors and Trainers in the Southeast Region

This event is for district directors and/or district trainers to receive materials and information to provide training in their home districts.

Food Safety in Schools (formerly Serving It Safe) provides foodservice personnel at all levels with an up-to-date source of information for managing a safe and sanitary foodservice operation.

Foundations for Training Excellence is intended to assist participants in assessing the current level of skill they already possess and to encourage further professional development. It will also give the participants tools and resources they can take back to their workplaces to use immediately.
Duration 1.5 days
